It motivates me when I see my peers exceeding their requirements and going further than what is expected of them. Why? Because if they’re doing all that, and I’m just sitting back, chillin, maxin’ relaxin’ all cool what makes me think that I’ll have a bright future and get in to the colleges I’m aiming for if right in front of my eyes are students who are going above and beyond while I’m just doing what’s necessary to get by. I love surrounding myself with people who excel because then it makes me even more determined to try harder and put in all that extra effort.
With that being said I think I’ll get a head start on my winter break assignments.

Last of the finals were done today and were graded also. I got the highest grade on Honors Chem, and I’m pretty sure that I got A’s on my Pre-Cal, Physics, Honors English, & APUSH, and Spanish finals. Fuck yes! I know for sure now I have a grade point average of a 4.5 or higher. I just need to get my community service hours done, but the extracurricular activities are on point. The varsity game we had really pissed me off today because we got some bullshit refs, and yes we were used as the home coming game, WE HAD THE GAME, but whatever I’m over it, time to chill, since break is here!

Not because I have difficulty socializing with others, it’s more of a choice if anything. I don’t need to be surrounded by mad people to make me happy, I’m good with just the selected few. The people that I can converse with and the people that I have that legit connection with are who I want to surround myself with but sad to say people like that are hard to come by. In any situation I’d rather be by myself than be surrounded by people who I have no interest starting a conversation with. My thoughts serve as good company already.

Doesn’t the ring have to have a wire connecting to electricity in order for it to electrocute you ?
